Privacy notice
How we handle information submitted through this website.

What this notice covers
This notice explains how South Collective Foundation handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to the partnership enquiry form and to routine technical information recorded when a page is served.
Information we collect
When you submit a partnership enquiry we collect the name, organisation, email address, phone number, country, partnership type and message you provide. Only the name, email address, partnership type and message are required.
Our hosting and content delivery providers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site available and secure.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to assess the partnership you have proposed. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Where an enquiry leads to a working relationship, correspondence may be retained as part of the institutional record of that partnership.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in a managed database accessible only to authorised staff. Uploaded documents and images published on this site are stored with our hosting provider.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of partnership discussions, then delete them.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to southcollectivefoundation@gmail.com and we will respond.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
